Lets Analyze & List

Now that I have a better understanding of your property, the next step is preparing a Comparative Market Analysis—or CMA: A detailed review of recent sales, current listings, and pending transactions for homes similar to yours in size, location, age, and features. It helps us understand how your home stacks up in today’s market.
Because no two homes are exactly alike, our agents make adjustments for key differences between your property and others—whether they’ve sold recently, are under contract, or are currently listed. This allows us to determine a competitive and realistic list price.
We will prepare the listing using standardized forms approved by the Kansas Real Estate Commission. These forms are regulated and reviewed by the Kansas Association of Realtors, giving you confidence and peace of mind throughout the process.
